Below you will find a fantastically delicious recipe with 2 of our favourite superfoods, the Açai berry and spirulina. We are big fans, hope you are too? This Açai flan can be eaten for breakfast, dessert or just as a snack!
Holy Berry - Açai1 pack
(salted) Macadamia nuts
Stevia to your own taste
How do you make it?
Put the water in a saucepan and put it on the fire. Add the blackcurrants and bring to the boil briefly. Then add the agaragar and put it all in a blender. Add the nuts, vanilla powder, Açai pulp, yoghurt and Stevia and blend until it's smooth.
Divide the flan between the jars and finish with the Gutness Kickstart Granola.
