Deze Açai Parfait is gemaakt met onze Açai berries

Ingredients
- 100g Holy Berry Açai berries (frozen)
- 100ml plant-based milk
- 100g plant-based yoghurt
- 20g chia seeds
- 50g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- Pieces of fresh mango and coconut chips
How do you make it?
Step 1
Using a fork, mix the plant milk with the chia seeds.
Optional: Let the mixture rest and stir through it again after 10 minutes to make sure the seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture swell in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight if possible).
Step 2
Blend your frozen Açai berries and the vegetable yogurt until you have a smooth texture.
Step 3
Put the chia mixture in a glass and pour the Açai mixture on top. Top with fresh pieces of mango & coconut shreds.
