Stewed pears with Açai, a Belgian-Brazilian match that for once does not need to end in a winner or loser. This recipe combines 2 top fruits into a heavenly winter dish. Quick, simple and full of the necessary nutrients to optimally repel circulating viruses (we all know one...).

How do you make it?
Heat on a low fire the Açai Berries, cranberries, water, oatmeal and chia seeds until you get a thick creamy texture. Remove from the heat and take a pan. Melt a tablespoon of coconut oil and fry the 2 pear halves until they are brown and soft. Sprinkle with the speculaas spices.
Take a deep plate and start with a layer of Açai-oatmeal porridge. Place the two pear halves on top and finish with some crunchy granola.
