Do you like to put some extra protein on your menu once in a while? But you don't want it to replace your delicious Açai bowl? Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Here is a super deluxe Açai bowl to enjoy before or after your workout or as a top start of your day. And it's also packed full of vitamins, fibres, essential fatty acids, proteins... and above all flavour!

  • Holy Berry -  Açai  & guarana2 packs

  • Frozen bananas2

  • Frozen mango   1/2 cup

  • Frozen strawberries
    1 cup

  • Plant-based milk  1/2 cup

  • (plant-based) Vanilla protein of choice


  • Finish off with toppings of your choice!                                                     

How do you make it?

Step 1

Take the 2 packs of Açai & guarana out of the freezer and let them defrost (holding them briefly under cold water does the trick too).

While doing so, take out the blender or hand blender. Pour in the milk and add the different fruits. As soon as you can break the pack Açai pulp into pieces, the pulp is ready to be mixed. Cut the packs in half and add the frozen pulp chunks to the blender.

Mix everything into a homogeneous substance.

Then add the vanilla powder and mix again. Add some extra milk if necessary.

1) If you use the pure Açai packs or the Açai berries, let the pulp defrost a little longer and add a spoon of natural sweetener if necessary.
2) Don't like protein powder? Then replace it with 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts.
