Break the eggs and add them to the mixture. Mix everything together very gently with a whisk until everything is nicely mixed. Slowly add the milk while stirring until you obtain a smooth and even batter. Finally, add the melted Pink Tropical and mix gently until the colour is nice and pink.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Grease the waffle iron well with coconut fat. Spoon the batter onto the iron and bake gently for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Finish off with the toppings!

Tips:
1) Buy the oat flour ready-to-use from the shop or make it yourself easily by just mixing oatmeal in a blender to make flour.
2) The Pink Tropical bag can be defrosted in the fridge or placed in lukewarm water until melted. These love waffles were created by Annelies Verhelst from @portiegezond.
