- 1 pack Holy Berry –Açai & Guarana, defrosted
- 1/2 pear
- 1 tbsp coconut flower syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (or 2.5 tbsp if you want the jam to be thicker)
- 1 acerola shot (acerola, camu camu, rose hip powder) (You can also buy it at @biotona.benelux)
Blend the thawed Açai and pear with a blender or hand mixer. Put the chia seeds in a glass jar. Pour in the açai-pear mixture. Add coconut blossom syrup & the acerola shot. Stir all the ingredients together and close the glass jar.
Leave in your refrigerator for about an hour (or longer) until the jam becomes stiff. Enjoy! 🙂
