Açai chia jam to the rescue!
So easy to make and healthier than regular jam with sugar. You can spread this jam on your fresh nut bread or use it as a topping on your breakfast bowl.
What do you need?
  • 1 pack Holy Berry –Açai & Guarana, defrosted
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 tbsp coconut flower syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (or 2.5 tbsp if you want the jam to be thicker)
  • 1 acerola shot (acerola, camu camu, rose hip powder) (You can also buy it at @biotona.benelux)
How do you make it?

Blend the thawed Açai and pear with a blender or hand mixer. Put the chia seeds in a glass jar. Pour in the açai-pear mixture. Add coconut blossom syrup & the acerola shot. Stir all the ingredients together and close the glass jar.

Leave in your refrigerator for about an hour (or longer) until the jam becomes stiff. Enjoy! 🙂
