“Sunshine in a glass”; that’s how we describe this wonderfully refreshing yet über healthy drink. The ever-enthusiastic natural, Olivia of Fitfoodness, creatively combines the flavor of green tea with that of our Açai berries. Boil water and add the honey and teabag. By the way, did you know that both ingredients are particularly high in antioxidants and honey is a great source of anti-inflammatory nutrients.

What do you need?

  • 600ml water
  • 1 bag of green or white tea
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pack Holy Berry – Açai en Guarana, defrosted
  • Ice cubes
  • Sprigs of thyme or mint to finish


How do you make it?

Boil water and add the honey and tea bag. Allow the tea to steep and cool to room temperature. Place the tea in the refrigerator to cool further. Add the thawed Açai and the juice of half the lemon. Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with a few sprigs of thyme or yogurt.
