What do you need for 10-12 pancakes?
- 60 g almond flour
- 60 g arrowroot
- 2 eggs
- 60 g applesauce (unsweetend)
- 1/2 pack Holy Berry – Açai, defrosted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Coconut oil to bake in
- Toppings: baked cinnamon apples, raspberries, blueberries, blueberries, agave syrup and hemp seeds
How do you make it?
Mix all the ingredients, except the coconut oil, together until you have a smooth batter. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pancakes. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
