What do you need for 10-12 pancakes?

  • 60 g almond flour
  • 60 g arrowroot
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g applesauce (unsweetend)
  • 1/2 pack Holy Berry – Açai, defrosted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Coconut oil to bake in
  • Toppings: baked cinnamon apples, raspberries, blueberries, blueberries, agave syrup and hemp seeds

 

How do you make it?

Mix all the ingredients, except the coconut oil, together until you have a smooth batter. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pancakes. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
