The name of this dish says it all: Are you in need of recovery after a tough workout, after a marathon meeting or after a heavy night out, this Açai bowl will save you! Or at least most of it 🙂 Try it out and remember, the faster you recover, the faster you can get back to popping!


What do you need?

  • 100g Holy Berry – Açai berries OR 1 pack Holy BerryAcai
  • 100g low fat cottage cheese or Alpro Go On (high protein)
  • A handful of young spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp cashew paste
  • 20g whey protein powder
  • Toppings: chia seeds, coconut rind, nuts, fresh blueberries, …


How do you make it?

Mix all the ingredients in the blender. The protein powder makes the texture extra ‘fluffy’. Scoop into a bowl and finish with nuts, seeds and fresh berries!
