This sangria catapults you instantly to a beach in Spain, under a beautiful parasol and with your feet in the water! If this is not worth trying, nothing is! This recipe was created by the talented Els Sirejacob. Els has an enormous feeling for recipe creation and for putting the recipes afterwards beautifully on film. Bring the summer vibes into your home with this delicious and super original Açai sangria!

What do you need?

  • 1 bag Holy Berry – Açai bowl mix mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 organges
  • 2 limes
  • 50 g raspberries
  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 apples
  • 10cl triple sec
  • 1 bottle of cava



How do you make it?

Cut all the fruit, except the pineapple and apples, into small pieces and pour into a blender (or use a hand blender). Mix until smooth. You can let the bag of Açai bowl mix melt or mix it half frozen (depending on how strong your mixer is :)). Pour this fruit puree into a carafe and fill up with two full hands of ice cubes, the triple sec and the bottle of fresh cava. Cut the pineapple and apples into small pieces and divide between the glasses. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and top up with the sangria. Enjoy!!
