What do you need?

  • 1 bag Holy Berry – Açai & Guarana, defrosted
  • 4 tbsp almond paste
  • 1-2 tsp lime juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

How do you make it?

Mix everything together into a creamy sauce, add some extra lime, ginger, or salt if necessary. Serve as a dip for example with spring rolls.

Tip:

  1. You can let the packet of Açai & Guarana thaw in the fridge or put it in lukewarm water until it has melted.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of agave if you are using the Holy Berry Açai – Special grade variant.
  3. You can replace the packet of Açai & Guarana with 100g Holy Berry – Açai berries.
