Dark chocolate and dark Açai berries, purity squared 🙂 And that’s how we like it! This little recipe combines 2 divine ingredients in a very original way. The fact that they are also beneficial for our body and psyche (because all those healthy nutrients make us happy), is a gift from heaven! So be sure to try this recipe and let those happy feelings come!

What do you need?

  • 1 pack Holy Berry – Açai pure
  • 50g OKONO milk chocolate.
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100g frozen cauliflower rice
  • 170ml vegetable milk such as almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50g blueberries
  • Red fruit to finish

How do you make it?

Melt 50g OKONO chocolate with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil au bain marie. Now pour your chocolate along the rim of two glasses/cups/bowls into which you want to pour your smoothie. Let this cool and harden in the refrigerator.
Now mix 100g frozen cauliflower (rice) with 170ml almond or coconut milk, 1/2tl vanilla powder, 1 tbsp chipotle seeds, 2tbsp cocoa powder, 50g frozen blueberries and 1 packet of açai. Pour all this into your glasses/cups/bowls. Finish with peanut butter, OKONO granola and extra red fruit.

Tip: OKONO’s 5 chocolate bars are one by one toppers so be sure to try this recipe with a different variety! You can order them all from their webshop !
