Who said low-carb pancakes? Yes, we did! And then Açai pancakes. Oooh, life can be beautiful! It becomes even more beautiful when you know that they contain only a few ingredients and are ready in no time. We tell you how to do it!

What do you need?

  • 1 sachet Holy Berry – Açai – defrosted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 tbsp natural sweetener of choice, optional
  • Toppings such as fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, …

How do you make it?

Very simple: Mix all the ingredients (except the toppings) together into a thick mush. Add a dash of (vegetable) milk if the preparation is too thick. Melt a good knob of coconut fat in a non-stick pan and fry small pancakes until brown. Place them on a plate and finish with the toppings!

 

Tip

Not a fan of bananas? Replace it with 25g (whole wheat) flour or homemade granola.
