This smoothie tastes as good as it looks! The mild flavor of the pitaya goes perfectly with the “zingy”, sour taste of the passion fruit!

What do you need?

  • 1 packet of The Holy Berry Pitaya – 100% Deep Pink, frozen
  • 1 fresh passion fruit
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 150ml coconut water or plant-based milk

How do you make it?

Mix everything in blender or with hand blender and finish with coconut flakes and some goji berries! Not a fan of banana? Feel free to experiment with other fruits like mango, grapes, strawberries,.

 

Tip:

The pack of Pitaya is hard when you take it out of the freezer. Therefore, take it out of the freezer about five minutes before you prepare it or your blender/stick blender might have a hard time. You can also hold the packet under lukewarm running water for a few minutes.
