This bowl exudes one and all passion! The beautiful yellow color of the passion fruit colors your day like no other. Slightly sour for those who want it, but can just as easily be made sweeter by adding ripe fruit and some natural sweetener. This is just the basic recipe so please, let your creativity shine like the color of this super healthy vit c booster!


What do you need?

  • 2 fresh passion fruits
  • 1 banana, fresh
  • 1 cup pineapple or mango, frozen or fresh
  • A few tbsp plant-based yogurt or cream cheese
  • Natural sweetener such as honey or agave syrup, to taste
  • Toppings; almond flakes, pomegranate and strawberry slices


How do you make it?

Cut open the passion fruit and spoon out the flesh. Put this in a blender. Add the other ingredients and blend in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy. If the mixer is struggling, add some extra yogurt or plain cheese.

Top with almond flakes, pomegranate and strawberry slices.
