What do you need?
- 1 packet of Holy Berry Pitaya – 100% Deep pink, defrosted
- ½ packet of Holy Berry Passion Fruit – Smooth & Seedless, defrosted
- 250g plant-based yogurt
- Raspberries, fresh
- Low-sugar granola
- 1 banana, fresh
- Dash of (coconut) water
How do you make it?
Blend the packet of Pitaya, the half packet of Passion Fruit, the fresh banana and the coconut water into a liquid coulis. Mix the coulis under the yogurt and finish with granola and fresh raspberries.
You can let the packet of Pitaya and the packet of Passion Fruit thaw in the fridge or put them in lukewarm water for a while until they are melted.
