What do you need?

  • 1 packet of Holy Berry Pitaya – 100% Deep pink, defrosted
  • ½ packet of Holy Berry Passion Fruit – Smooth & Seedless, defrosted
  • 250g plant-based yogurt
  • Raspberries, fresh
  • Low-sugar granola
  • 1 banana, fresh
  • Dash of (coconut) water

 

How do you make it?

Blend the packet of Pitaya, the half packet of Passion Fruit, the fresh banana and the coconut water into a liquid coulis. Mix the coulis under the yogurt and finish with granola and fresh raspberries.

 

Tip:

You can let the packet of Pitaya and the packet of Passion Fruit thaw in the fridge or put them in lukewarm water for a while until they are melted.
